📌 Refund & Cancellation PolicyÂ

At iCoachTheCoach, we value your commitment to learning and growth. This policy explains our guidelines on cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for our coaching, training, and educational products.
Enrollment Fees: All program fees must be paid in full before the program start date.
Cancellations by Participant:
If you cancel 7 days or more before the program start date → 80% refund (20% retained as administrative fee).
If you cancel 3–6 days before the program start date → 50% refund.
If you cancel less than 3 days before the program start date → No refund.
Rescheduling: You may request to shift your enrollment to the next available batch (subject to seat availability) at no extra cost if requested at least 3 days before the program start date.
Due to limited seats and high demand, TTT program fees are non-refundable once paid.
However, you may reschedule your participation to the next available batch within 6 months of your original registration (subject to availability).
Rescheduling: You may reschedule your booked session at least 24 hours in advance without any extra cost.
Cancellations within 24 hours: No refund will be issued.
All digital products are non-refundable once delivered, due to their downloadable nature.
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
Requests for return/exchange must be made within 7 days of delivery with proof of issue.
In rare cases where a program is canceled or rescheduled by us:
You will be offered either a full refund or a seat in the next available batch.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original mode of payment.
